Tenure-track requirements for teaching and researchYour teaching load comes to about three courses during your tenure track contract. This is similar to a 3-0 or 2-1 load in the US system, though the courses tend to run over fewer weeks. You'll also supervise approximately 10 master thesis students per year, provided this covers the norms that our department and the school use for research and teaching assignments.
