The REDRESS project offers two postdoctoral job openings. The first, is a fulltime postdoc position in the REDRESS project (1.0 fte postdoc for 4 years). The second is a fulltime position for 4 years as well, where half of your time is REDRESS research, combined with a halftime position in REDRESS-related research and teaching. Job requirements for both positions are generally alike (see below): both positions involve high-level research, involve co-organizing the consortium and perform a pivotal role between the four PhD-research projects and the wider research. The first position will have a bigger role in the research design stage, the second position in the knowledge utilization stage. While the second position might involves some teaching, the first position will involve plenty interaction with professional audiences. The starting gross salary varies between €3,746 and €5,127 per month (full time) based on scale 11 of the Collective Labor Agreement Dutch Universities. Employees recruited from abroad may be eligible for the 30% tax facility - this means that 30% of your salary will be paid as a tax-free reimbursement.
You are entitled to a holiday allowance amounting to 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% of your gross yearly income. If you work 40 hours per week, you receive 41 days of paid recreational leave per year.
