If you want to make an impact on society with your research, Faculty of Impact is for you. We offer a two-year grant, so you can dedicate 100% of your time, energy and brain power on turning your research into a business with impact. On top of that you’ll receive world class entrepreneurship training, intensive coaching and an international network to boot.

The first call for proposals is now open. We have room for a group of ten hypermotivated fellows that focus on sustainability and the energy transition.

You can apply for the Faculty of Impact if you:

• Work at a Dutch research institute;
• Want your research to have a positive impact in the world;
• Will be supported by your institute to make this a reality.

The Dutch Research Council (NWO) selects the fellows for the Faculty of Impact. The selection committee consists of industry experts, program mentors, entrepreneurs, representatives from universities, universities of applied sciences, and investors.

They will judge your application based on the following criteria:

• Quality of the idea
• Quality of the applicant
• Impact on energy transition and sustainability

During the two year program, you’ll get €200.000 in funding, a world-class entrepreneurship program and coaching.
