What you are going to do as project leader Inter-university mobility
You will be responsible for coordinating and co-delivering the contribution of the Erasmus University to co-build the educational portfolio of UNIC. You will coordinate the work of our internal partners that are part of the working group Joint education & Innovation and translate this to an educational offer on European level. You could work on a double degree program with a partner university in Bilbao or Istanbul, design micro credentials or transform existing courses to make them suitable for the students of our virtual campus. An important part of your job is to build and nurture the UNIC network community in the faculties : teaching staff, learning innovators and internationalization officers.

You will be part of different teams on two playing fields: on transnational/alliance level with our partners representing the EUR by participating in subgroups of the work package that concerns Inter-University Mobility. The other field is our own campus where you will work with colleagues from faculties and with internal partners that represent various central and administrative departments of EUR.

The conditions of employment comply with the collective labor agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU). We offer a 0,8 – 1,0 fte contract, initially for 1 year. In case of good performance, the contract can be extended.
Salary is subject to educational background and experience with a maximum of € 5.943,- (scale 12 CAO NU) gross per month, based on a full-time contract of 38 hours.
Erasmus University Rotterdam offers attractive terms of employment, including a holiday allowance of 8%, a year-end payment of 8.3% and 41 holidays per year based on a full-time appointment. In addition, EUR takes part in the ABP pension scheme, and we also offer partially paid parental leave. Academic Affairs (AZ) works at the policy level on the (inter)national strengthening and renewal of education, research and valorisation at the university. AZ carries out its tasks on the basis of strong policy knowledge and a relevant network in the fields of research and education. From this position, the department provides solicited and unsolicited advice to the Board.
In addition to education, research and valorisation policy, the department contributes to important policy processes such as strategic planning & control and quality management, and monitors the integrality and coherence in the fields of education and research. In addition to professional policy advisors, the department is also the home base for strategic programme management in the fields of research, education and valorisation.
