The overall research focus of the WOP team is on how sustainable employability can be facilitated in organizations. Specifically, we investigate a broad range of topics concerning work experiences and behaviour in the area of occupational health, teams, leadership, and Inclusive and sustainable workplaces. Members of the WOP team are involved in teaching in the bachelor program of psychology and in various master programs, including the master of Work and Organizational Psychology, and an International Joint MSc program on Research in W&O Psychology. This is a joint program with three International Universities. The Faculty is currently strengthening the W&O psychology group, and invites applications for the position of an Assistant Professor. This concerns a full-time structural position (tenured after a 1-year probationary period), with a teaching load of approx. 50 % and 50 % time for research.

We offer a fulltime contract for 12-18 months. At the end of the employment contract an assesment interview will be held. In case of a positive assesmemt the employment contract will be continued for indefinite period.
Depending on experience and qualification, the maximum gross monthly salary is € 5.230,- in accordance with scale 11 of the Dutch university collective bargaining agreement. Each year the standard salary is supplemented with a holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%. If you do not live in the Maastricht area, please consider applying.
