We are the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSE), the youngest of six faculties at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Our faculty is home to several outstanding departments and institutions covering education and research in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) as well as our liberal arts and sciences colleges.
As of January 2023, we are looking for a Study adviser (0.8 fte) to join our team. As a Study advisor you will work with students of one of our largest bachelor programmes, the Maastricht Science Programme, our new Bachelor’s in Circular Engineering and three master’s programmes (Imaging Engineering, Systems Biology & Biobased Materials). Additional programmes may become part of your portfolio as our faculty grows.
Tasks
We offer a fixed-term contract for one year with a competitive salary for a position of 32 hours a week. Depending on performance, the position is eligible for extension. On top of your annual salary, there is an annual holiday allowance (8% of annual income) and an annual end-of-year bonus (8.3% of annual income).
