The Faculty of Arts has over 500 employees engaged in education and research in history and art, languages and culture, communication and information studies, or in supporting this education and research. The research is conducted in one of two research institutes in the faculty: the Centre for Language Studies (CLS) and the Radboud Institute for Culture & History (RICH). The faculty provides courses in three departments for approximately 2,400 students: the Department of History, Art History and Antiquity, the Department of Modern Languages and Cultures and the Department of Language and Communication.
Radboud in’to Languages has been a leading and versatile language and communication centre for over 30 years, carrying out assignments for clients both inside and outside the university. The centre is an independent part of the Faculty of Arts at Radboud University Nijmegen. Our activities consist of providing courses in foreign languages, Dutch for non-native speakers and communication. Other products and services are: translation and editing services, communication advice and research, language testing, material development and project research.
Since 2011, Radboud in’to Languages has been working closely with Wageningen in’to Languages, the language centre of Wageningen University & Research. By preserving our own identity and the specific connections to our own clientele, we can offer our clients a broader and high-quality range of language training and translation services.
