  • Follow-up on the arrangements with other institutes in the labs;
  • Are the contactpoint regarding budget or project changes and annual reports with RVO;
  • Check with the project control department and the Institute of Informatics on the status of the budget and expenses;
  • Organize and facilitate Governing Board meetings;
  • Keep an overview of submitted Patent files for the labs.

Your profile
Higher professional education or academic background. Experience with scientific research is an advantage.

Furthermore you:
  • have experience in project management;
  • are capable of operating both independently with own authority, based on knowledge, expertise and experience, as within a team where you are willing to handle each other’s work where necessary;
  • are capable of working independently with multiple stakeholders, both inside and outside the university;
  • have a creative mind in setting up new projects and converting ideas into practice;
  • demonstrate a service-oriented attitude towards the goal of the labs and projects. You are willing to perform both high- and low-level tasks in relevant projects;
  • have good communicative skills, both in Dutch and English, and are capable of maintaining a high level, sometimes intercultural network. You can be persistent if needed.

Our offer
A temporary contract for 24 to 32 hours per week, for the duration of 8 months, starting preferably at 1 October. Opportunities for contract extension can be discussed, depending on positive evaluation and availability of funding.

The salary, depending on relevant experience before the beginning of the employment contract, will be € 3,226 to € 5,090 (scale 10) gross per month, based on a fulltime contract (38 hours a week).
