You are a proactive expert in the field of research data management (RDM) who understands where researchers need support. You are curious about the most efficient software support for the analysis of qualitative data, including through the use of AI. You develop guidelines for the management of research data and apply FAIR data principles. You contribute to the further development of policy in this area. Based on your analytical and technical qualities, you think along about (ICT) solutions for researchers that meet the legal requirements and policy ambitions in the field of RDM. You can work both independently and in a team with scientific colleagues, your teammates and other advisors. There is room for your own input and to further develop the RDM support provided.

You will work in this department:
The Research and Valorisation department consists of seven other colleagues working on a variety of themes. The UvH's research program revolves around the question: how do we optimise opportunities for people to live a dignified and meaningful life, in a just and caring society? The research is conducted and developed by five chair groups. Each chair has its own focus and expertise, but in developing these themes, the groups work together, with the Research and Valorisation team playing a facilitating and advisory role.
