At the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science (JADS), the joined data science institute of Tilburg University and Technical University of Eindhoven, we are at the forefront of data-driven entrepreneurship research and education. We invite passionate scholars to join our team, contributing to the development of entrepreneurial strategies, organizational frameworks, and business models that leverage data to address real-world challenges and drive sustainable growth.
About the Position
We are seeking two entrepreneurial scholars with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Successful candidates will be involved in teaching the “Data-driven Business Creation” course within the Joint Bachelor in Data Science, as well as in the “In Action” courses in the Master’s program in Data Science in Business and Entrepreneurship: “Data Entrepreneurship in Action” and “Data Consultancy in Action.” The typical teaching load at JADS consists of teaching two to three courses per year, depending on co-teaching arrangements, and supervising some Master theses.

About the Data Entrepreneurship Unit
The Data Entrepreneurship unit is a young, dynamic, and collaborative team that focuses on the intersection of data science and entrepreneurship. Our research spans entrepreneurial strategy, business models, and organizational design in data-centric environments. Our work has been published in journals such as the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, and Journal of Product Innovation Management.
