More in detail as an HR Advisor you will support a business a Service department on the following focus topics:
- Advise and support the management teams of the Service Departments on more tactical and strategic HR policy and organizational topics (e.g. performance management, organizational development, strategic workforce planning, absenteeism, recruitment, etc.);
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and provide guidance on labor laws, compliance and regulations;
- Advise and support managers and staff on an operational/ tactical level with regards to (individual) employee and HR related topics;
- Contribute (e.g. by participating in HR related projects) to the development of the HRM university wide policy and ensure adequate implementation within the Service department you work in;
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve HR processes;
- Support organizational change initiatives by advising management in new structures, processes and cultures;
- Build strong partnerships with your stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
