What will you be doing?As a Team Lead you will:

coordinate activities and set priorities: Act as the representative from HRMT - via the manager Development - on one side and the L&D team on the other, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.

closely work together with the manager Development.

develop and execute the L&D strategy: Engage with relevant stakeholders to address learning needs emerging from the TU/e and HRM strategy.

support the team performance: Continuously support the PDP manager in monitoring and improving the performance and well-being of the L&D team.

maintain the L&D portfolio: Ensure an up-to-date and high-quality L&D Portfolio (curricula) based on business and learning needs analysis, aligned with the Continuous Learning concept.

manage the L&D budget: Calculate and allocate the L&D budget to meet business needs and ensure financial targets are met.

develop relevant standards: Guide the L&D team in following and developing quality standards to ensure impactful learning experiences.

further develop a technology and vendor strategy: Develop and manage the HRM/Learning technology strategy and roadmap, including vendor partnerships.

initiate and manage projects within our SQUAD-program: Initiate L&D projects, managing the creation of project plans, budgets, and resources, together with the Program Manager.
As an L&D Specialist you will:

manage specific learning areas: Oversee L&D strategy and interventions for specific areas such as recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, leadership, career, and performance.

design Curricula: Create and design learning paths and curricula for specific learning areas.

promote the L&D vision: Contribute to promoting and embedding the L&D vision and strategy in daily work.

will be the trusted advisor: Influence TU/e's learning culture, curriculum, and overall employee experience by being a trusted advisor on our strategic L&D topics.

conduct together learning needs analysis: Execute business and learning needs analysis to develop and maintain a future-proof L&D Portfolio.

Manage the budget for specific areas: Manage the annual L&D budgeting process for specific learning areas, including monitoring budget allocation and exploitation.

Contribute to vendor management: Oversee make-or-buy decisions, vendor selection, contracting, and evaluation.
