About Donders Center for Medical Neuroscience
The Donders Center for Medical Neuroscience is part of the Donders Institute for brain, cognition and behaviour: a cross-faculty institute that is home to a large number of dedicated researchers, all of whom share the common goal of contributing to the advancement of brain, cognitive and behavioural sciences through investigator-driven research, and of improving health, education and technology by applying advances in this field.
Our institute’s mission includes conducting interdisciplinary research of excellence at the unique interface between genetic, molecular and cellular processes, on the one hand, and clinical and system-level neuroscience, including cognitive and behavioural readouts, on the other. In doing so, we aim to have a significant impact on the prevention, diagnosis, staging and treatment of specific brain-based disorders.
More information about the institute and its themes is available on our website.

Hypatia Tenure Track Grant
A significant impact on healthcare is at the core of Radboudumc. It is, of course, far from the only institution seeking to achieve this. What sets Radboudumc apart is its level of commitment to selecting the best people and supporting them in order to achieve its vision. To demonstrate this, the medical center awards the prestigious one million Euros Hypatia Tenure Track Grant, to attract the most talented scientists.
