Research technician for in vivo tumor models

As a research technician you will be working in a translational research group, that focuses on the development of novel onco-immunology treatment strategies, and you will be driving new ideas into solid data. You will be part of a team with diverse backgrounds and work on various projects, all with the aim to get our research a step closer to the patient. Your daily activities span a range from in vitro proof of concept experiments to testing the potency of our novel therapeutic leads in vivo.

You have at least B.Sc. degree in biomedical sciences (or a related topic) and are qualified to conduct experiments with small animals in the Netherlands (Art.13f2b/Art.9). You are able to master new techniques quickly and work on different project in the same period. You are expected to communicate and document your results in English.

The maximum salary for this position (36 - 36 hours) is € 4.214,00 gross per month based on full-time employment.

The work will be located at the Kuball laboratories at the Center for Translational Immunology at the UMC Utrecht. Our group focusses on the use of gamma-delta T cells and their receptors for the immunotherapy for cancer.
