Together with a team of teachers and support staff you will work on the development and revision of skills education for students of the bachelor's programs Psychology and Pedagogy, in particular in the field of psychological assessment and ethics. You have a strong track record and expertise in psychological assessment with a strong affinity for intercultural skills. You are able to conduct active research, both independently, as well as in a team, in the field of individual differences and diversity. You are willing to allocate approximately 40% of your appointment to scientific research. You are versatile and can contribute to the innovation of academic education with the help of digital learning environments. Finally, you can contribute to administrative and management tasks at DPECS (Department of Psychology, Education and Child Studies). This appointment encompasses a fixed-term contract (4 years) and is positioned within the Intersection Curriculum Innovation and Professional Skills (CIPS).

Your initial employment term will be 4 years. Your remuneration will depend on the position, your specific knowledge and experience It will be calculated on the basis of full-time salary ranging between EUR €3637 and €5656 gross per year (salary scale 11/12 VSNU).
