Together with a team of teachers and support staff you will work on the development and revision of skills education for students of the bachelor's programs Psychology and Pedagogy, in particular in the field of psychological assessment and ethics. You have a strong track record and expertise in psychological assessment with a strong affinity for intercultural skills. You are able to conduct active research, both independently, as well as in a team, in the field of individual differences and diversity. You are willing to allocate approximately 40% of your appointment to scientific research. You are versatile and can contribute to the innovation of academic education with the help of digital learning environments. Finally, you can contribute to administrative and management tasks at DPECS (Department of Psychology, Education and Child Studies). This appointment encompasses a fixed-term contract (4 years) and is positioned within the Intersection Curriculum Innovation and Professional Skills (CIPS).

• Relevant academic study in psychology, preferably a master in Work and Organizational Psychology, Educational Psychology or Educational Sciences. You have a PhD on a subject relevant to the position.
• Experience with the development, coordination and teaching of education at a University.  
• Interest in innovation in skills education and in particular for the use of ICT related to the skills education.
• You have a strong track record and expertise in psychological assessment and diversity in particular at the intersection of organizational or educational psychology with cross-cultural psychology. This expertise is expressed, among other things, by international scientific publications that fit within a  development perspective and within the research program of the faculty.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
• Good (academic) written and oral skills.
• You are a person who takes the initiative and who can work well in a team.
• You have a network that is relevant to the position.
• The possession of the NIP Basic Psychodiagnostics Note (BAPD) is recommended, as well as the possession of the Basic Education Qualification.
