“Communicating and improving students’ interdisciplinary engagement with social (in)justice” is a project funded by Erasmus University’s Community for Learning and Innovation (CLI) and is sponsored by EUR’s Vital Cities and Citizens initiative.
A key component of the research project is the online platform “Learning for Equality in Rotterdam.” This recently launched website brings together assignments about social in/equalities in Rotterdam, produced by students from different EUR faculties. It also includes short video clips about the courses where students produce these assignments. Research tasks
The ideal candidate…
Employment is intended from January 3rd, 2022 to August 31, 2022 for 0,6 fte. (3 days/week) at the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication. The conditions of employment correspond with the Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) of the Dutch Universities (CAO NU). Salary is subject to training and experience and corresponds to Scale 10 NU, with a minimum of € 2.836 and a maximum of € 4.474 gross per month on a 38 hour per week contract.
Erasmus University Rotterdam offers attractive terms of employment, including a holiday allowance of 8%, a year-end payment of 8.3% and 41 annual leave days in case of a full work week. In addition, EUR takes part in the ABP pension scheme, and we also offer partially paid parental leave. Moreover, EUR staff members are allowed to make use of the EUR facilities, including the Erasmus sports centre and the University Library.
