What do we expect from you?
You have completed a university master's programme in (applied) educational sciences or didactics. You have experience in giving didactic training/education, and you have a pragmatic approach and an open attitude to learning. You are also proactive and enjoy working on projects in a commercial setting. You are a real team player, have good communicative skills, are responsible and customer oriented, and you can express yourself well, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English (C1 level).
Fixed-term contract: a one-year contract, with a view to extending this if you demonstrate that you are a good fit with us.

Initially, we will offer you a one-year contract, with a view to extending this if you demonstrate that you are a good fit with us.
Where will you be based?
If you are our ideal candidate, you will be working in the Education advice & training department of Risbo, an independent institute associated with Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Our department organises didactic training sessions for lecturers and tutors and supports and advises study programmes and lecturers on the (re)development of high quality (online) education.
