Diversity and inclusion The research consortium “Rational points: new dimensions” commits to operating in accordance with the values of diversity and inclusion. Everyone deserves to be respected and feel at home in our research community, regardless of differences in background, experiences, perspectives, and identities. These values are reflected by the three host institutions' diversity policies:
Groningen,
Leiden,
Utrecht. Diversity among consortium members enriches academic debate and contributes to the quality of research. We therefore particularly encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.
