As a Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs by collaborating closely with program directors and providing essential support.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be an integral part of the Education and Student Affairs (ESA) team within ME, responsible for supporting bachelor's and master's programs offered by our department. As a non-scientific Program Coordinator, your focus will be on the effective management of our three interdepartmental master's programs: Automotive Technology (AT), Sustainable Energy Technology (SET), and Systems and Control (S&C). You'll work alongside colleagues including Program Coordinators, Education coordinators, Educational Designers, Quality Assurance, Policy Advisors, Academic Advisors, and the Program Directors, reporting directly to the Manager of ESA ME.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of the interdepartmental master's programs
- Community building and stakeholder management with the associated departments, research groups and teachers
- Spearheading efforts to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Contributing to curriculum development and optimization for AT, SET, and S&C
- Organizing informative events for staff and students
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual education report and PER
- Providing guidance to program committees
- Contributing to the re-accreditation process for the AT program
