You'll work closely with the senior researcher to produce and characterize genetically modified cell lines, utilizing advanced techniques such as molecular cloning, PCR analysis, immunofluorescence microscopy, and flow cytometry. Additionally, you'll contribute to maintaining the stem cell database, differentiating hiPSCs into specific somatic cell types, and writing and optimizing protocols. You'll also have the opportunity to play a supporting role in the practical courses on "stem cells" and "gene-editing" organized once or twice a year, helping with material preparation and assisting in the lab. Your top 3 tasks are:

•          Producing and characterizing genetically modified hiPSC lines, including isogenic controls, knockouts, and reporters

•          Isolating, culturing, and reprogramming primary cells into hiPSCs, and expanding and managing hiPSC stocks
