As a key member of our in-house instructional design team, you will help architect our learning ecosystem, focusing on designing and implementing delivery models for diverse audiences, including MBA, Global Executive MBA, and executive education programs (Open and Customised).

Job description As an instructional designer, you will be responsible for creating meaningful, impactful learning solutions that resonate with a diverse audience and reinforce our vision. You will develop vertical and horizontal learning pathways for our learners using adaptive learning and competency-based logics. Our online offerings should complement our in-class activities, which are designed to be engaging and experiential.
To meet our ambitions, you will leverage your knowledge and skills to rebuild, update, and design impactful programs, modules, and content focused on interactive, engaging, and effective learning experiences. Additionally, you will provide essential input and guidance to ensure a seamless, end-to-end transformative learning experience. You will also play a critical role in establishing our learning analytics strategy and architecture.

As Instructional designer, you will:
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials for open and customised executive education programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the learning requirements of various clients and stakeholders.
- Create curricula, programs, and modules that align with learning objectives and incorporate best practices in adult learning theory.
- Innovate in the development of learning experiences, including blended learning and workshop formats, to engage participants globally in an inspiring way.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional technologists, internal delivery units, and other relevant stakeholders to create innovative learning solutions.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of our learning solutions to diverse audiences.
- Tailor programs to meet the specific needs of corporate clients, ensuring relevance and applicability to their unique business contexts.
