The position is available within the Department of Pharmacy,
Pharmacology and Toxicology. The department has three main tasks: research, education, and clinical consultation that all contribute to our mission of improving the safe and effective use of medicines and improve treatment of intoxications.
The Department of Pharmacy's research activities focus on the following research areas: special populations: Pediatrics and Obstetrics, pharmacology of antimicrobial agents (antiretrovirals, antifungals, antibiotics, and tuberculosis drugs) and oncology drugs and sustainable pharmacy.
Furthermore, the Department houses a state-of-the-art bioanalytical laboratory, a preclinical laboratory focused on drug transport and toxicity and an excellent pharmacometrics (PBPK and popPK) group. We have strong national and international collaborations to unravel translational pharmacological research questions.
