Within TU/e, the Center for Care & Cure Technology (C3Te) focuses on multi-disciplinary research in the medical domain by connecting the technological strengths of Electrical Engineering to clinical partners and industry.
To strengthen our team, C3Te is looking for an organized and proactive Management Assistant, interested in communication and organizing meetings and events.
You will provide administrative support to the unique C3Te team and play a crucial role in contributing to C3Te's activities and public awareness. This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in the growth and development of the Brainport ecosystem on medical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for C3Te, including:
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining the C3Te calendar
- Ensuring effective time management of the C3Te team
- Handling correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and reports
- Taking and distributing minutes for meetings
- Arranging travel and processing expenses
- Maintaining records (e.g. hour writing, ordering, C3Te Lab).
- Assist with organizing conferences, workshops, and other events, both internally and externally (e.g., PI meetings, Science Café, MedTech Day).
- Support the C3Te team to schedule and streamline the research proposal development and execution in close collaboration with the C3Te affiliated researchers.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations within C3Te.
- Create compelling content (text and graphics), including the C3Te website, newsletters, news articles, and social media posts in collaboration with the researchers, to highlight C3Te's initiatives and impact, including coordination of photo and video registration of key moments to promote C3Te and their affiliated researchers.
