Erasmus Enterprise is looking for a Junior Community Manager who enjoys the challenge of supporting our Senior Community Manager in the further development of the community.

Our Community & Housing department is growing and together with the Senior Community Manager you will be the link between the Erasmus University, the business community and community members. You will support the Senior Community Manager in identifying opportunities in the market to further expand the position of the community, for example in the form of housing and events.
What are the needs of our community members and how can they be made workable with the Bisner community system? One day you organize communal lunches with tenants to keep the connection with each other strong, and the next day you are busy finding out how new community members can be acquired. So that everyone feels heard and the community grows, at Erasmus University and in Rotterdam. You are the first point of contact for the community and work closely with the Event Manager. Nothing is too much for you, you are an allrounder and you handle it all perfectly! It's never a dull moment @Erasmus Enterprise!

You are part of the small but growing Enterprise team with short communication lines and you will report to the Head of Business Development.

You are a proactive, flexible personality who enjoys the challenge of improving processes in a dynamic environment, as well as supporting the implementation of processes and their further development. You work in a project-based manner, and you are familiar with the principle of stakeholder management.
By working in a structured way and keeping an overview, you can quickly switch between the various (sometimes ad hoc) activities. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English. Any additional language you master is an advantage.
